If you are a Comedian based in Northwest Arkansas and you would like to be considered for one of the local spots on Black Apple Comedy Night, fill out the form below.  Here are a few things to consider before submitting:

• Video:  We do ask that you submit a video of one of your sets.  It can be a simple cell phone video of you performing at one of our local open mics.  It doesn't have to be professional, we just need to be able to see and hear you.  Also, when uploading to YouTube, make sure your video is set to Public or Hidden.  If it is set to Private, we won't be able to see it.
  
  If you are submitting a video from a local open mic, please send the entire set, don't just send an edited down short clip of one bit.  If you have a longer set that is edited down, please send at least 5 minutes.  Send over material that is representative of what you would be doing on our showcase if you do get booked. 
   
• Content:  We don't have any restrictions as far as needing to be clean or PG-13, but if you're material is hateful, misogynistic, racist, homophobic or full of any other sort of bigotries, you're wasting your time applying.  We don't want anything to do with it and the very few times people have tried that on our shows and the crowds have completely shut down on them.  We have over 30 comedians in our rotation for local spots right now who are able to abide by these guidelines, so it is expected of anyone wishing to join that rotation to do the same.
   
• Other Info: You're not expected to have any credits or a bio to get booked for a local spot.  Our main considerations are that you have enough quality material for a spot, you have built up enough stage presence and that you will be easy to work with.  If you have one of the more experienced comedians in the scene that you feel like would vouch for you, feel free to include their name as a reference.  If you have any questions, feel free to send us a message through the “Contact” page.
